All content created and delivered by Melladay Media – including photos, videos, and branded edits – is protected under UK copyright law.

Clients are granted usage rights for personal and commercial purposes as agreed in the project scope.

Under no circumstances may a client:

• Crop, reframe, or resize the content

• Apply filters, LUTs, or effects

• Edit sound, music, or dialogue

• Alter colour grading or pacing

• Remove logos, watermarks, or branding

• Sell or repurpose the media without written consent

Edits, grading, styling, and direction are delivered as a complete product. You are investing in visual strategy, not just raw clips.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit or agreed-upon upfront payment is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before any final content is delivered.

Creative Direction Policy:
If no clear creative direction or shot list is provided at least 7 days prior to the shoot, Melladay Media will assume full creative control over the visual style and content delivery.

Do not modify the content without written approval — it undermines the creative intent and violates usage terms.
